At Hagen Construction, we have demanded the establishment of a safety program that provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, job site visitors and clients. Our program gives our field workforce the method and means for not only providing an accident-free job site, but also a reward-based program for the promotion of safe behavior.

We perform weekly safety meetings with our employees, subcontractors and clients. Additionally, we take part in unannounced safety audits at job sites. Regular safety training is given to field personnel and all new subcontractors who may not be familiar with our safety goals.

Through state of the art education techniques and training, we provide our workforce with the tools and expertise that they require in order to minimize risk, maximize safety and improve loss control.
